Locally grown without use of harmful chemicals. We are featuring hardneck garlic "Music" and softneck "Transylvanian". This hardneck garlic features 4-6 large cloves per bulb with excellent storage (9-12 months). Music garlic has complex, mildly hot, rich and musky flavor. Our softneck garlic features 8-10 cloves per bulb and also stores very well. It produces large bulbs with lots of heat and a sharp flavor that's sure to spice up recipes.
