Spring and Summer Harvest Honey available in limited quantities. Our bees are free of any natural and synthetic chemicals and do not receive any supplemental feedings other than their own honey (sugar syrup or any other supplements). We do not alter the honey in any way other than strain it to remove any bits of wax. It comes to you in its most pure and unaltered form. Pure natural unprocessed honey should and will crystalize. This is supposed to happen (especially in cooler temperatures) and in no way is a sign of poor quality of honey. Highly processed or sugar-fed honey will remain liquid. If you desire your crystalized honey to get to its liquid consistency, keep it in warm environment or place the jar in a bowl of warm water until desired consistency is achieved. Please DO NOT microwave honey as it strips it of all its healthful elements.
